Never would I let the dealership wash my car. See thay rag they are wiping it down with? It's a cheap *** microfiber that they used on the last 15 cars they washed. I always state "NO WASH". I am a professional detailer and super fussy with my car. The only one that lays a hand on it is me.

My dealer's car wash is completely touchless, so yes, both my husband and I use it (especially in the winter to get the salt off when it's too cold to hand wash at home)

Hand wash only. Two bucket method with all Chemical Guys or Adams products. Don't be lazy. Have some pride in your car and do it yourself.

The dealership always offer it when I'm in with Lexus, I always politely pass telling them "It's not that you do a bad job...I'm just particular".

I do let them wash the FJ though.
