Default Advice on Dings/Paint Scratches

Apparently, my apartment complex is full of dingbats... I park my car as far away as I can and near the curbs so that one side of the driver's side is fully protected.

Unfortunately, I have paint scratches all over the place (about 9 total) all around the doors and even one on top of my fender.

What's the best options to get these paint scratches fixed?

Dings can be knocked out. The scratches might be able to be buffed out if they aren't through the paint.

I'm assuming that it's scratched through the paint if I can see black behind the actual paint right? (My car's color is atomic silver).

If that's the case, what should I do?
