Default Tire Rack wheel damage

Anyone ever have any damaged wheels from Tire Rack? I opened up my winter wheel/tire setup and 2 of the 4 wheels had some damage. I realize they are only winter wheels but would hope the installers would treat them the same as a $4000 set of wheels.

I'd complain as well. Should not matter how much the wheels are. Purchased tires from them a lot, never wheels though. By the way, what winter setup did you go with?

Completely unacceptable. You paid for new wheels, they should be in mint condition.

typically there are cardboard rounds on both sides of the wheels from tire rack. Where they still in tack ot did it look like something poked through?

they are probably going to ask to initiate a shipping damage claim

Yes it had the cardboard on both sides. It had to have happened during install and not delivery. They were packaged good. They ended up refunding me $40 per wheel. The wheels were on clearance for $96 a piece.
