Test drove both cars this past weekend. Night and Day between both cars. You get so much more for your money with the 350 f sport.
If you are looking for a little pep and some gas savings gets the 200t. Otherwise its a no brainier to try and at least go for the 350. Car is too much fun

I am currently looking at leasing a 2016 IS350 F-Sport. The car has: blind spot w/rear cross traffic, F-Sport package, navigation w/Mark Levinson, illuminated door sills, dynamic radar cruise control w/pre-collision, and package Z2. The MSRP $49,469 and I'm estimating the invoice is around $46,000. Is this accurate? What kind of deals are people getting on the 2016s? Does anyone know the current MF and residuals for these cars?
I'm sorry to be such a noob, but I am not entirely up to snuff on Lexus and their pricing models. I also tried searching for a pricing thread that was pertinent to the IS models, but I didn't see one.

Residuals and money factors change pretty often. The 200T and 350 probably have different residuals but who knows...ask your dealer and base MF and residuals for X mileage Y years.
I'd imagine invoicing pricing is less than $46000 on a $49000 Lexus, but that's just a random guess. Check Edmunds and other websites for invoice pricing. Get the best rates and get the selling price as low as possible!

Got my 2015 350 F-Sport (MSRP 52k) for 48k, 3000.- down (trade in), tax and title included, for 430.-/month. 31.5k residue value, 10k/36month, if that helps. Money factor was originally 0.012, and after negotiating came down to 0.006.
Keeping in mind my tax was higher than most, as you pay in Texas tax on the full value, even when leasing ;-/

The Lexus by me just released the December to Remember sales event rates. I contacted the dealer and hope to hear back soon in regards to the 350 F-Sport. I know it's still on the lot.

Hey again. I wanted to update anyone interested. I have decided on the atomic silver 350 F-Sport (Nav, BSM) with the red interior. I am in the final negotiations with the dealer. Right now I am at $2,500 down and $428 a month (36 months/12,000 miles), which is significantly better than the $2,500 down and $485 a month. I went on to to TrueCar.com and printed the savings certificate and presented it to the dealer for a total discount of $4,500 (including $1,000 new grad discount). I will close the deal if I get to $400/month. Wish me luck, I hoping this week!!
