Question Navi Screen

Took my baby in for the comp 10k service and requested that they NOT wash the car. I picked the car up in the evening and was already dark outside. I know they washed the car because there was tire shine on, something that I usually don't use. Get in the car this morning to find THIS! Immediately called them and have appointment for them to check it out. Not sure what caused this. I'm hoping for it to be replaced. Anyone have a screen that looks like this?

I remember seeing similar pictures on another thread. The person used some kind of wiping cleanser to clean his nav screen and those marks appeared. Can't find the thread because it was so long ago but from the responses on the other thread, it was an easy fix.

It's the actual screen that's damaged. Wishing it was a protective covering that could be easily removed and a simple fix but unfortunately it's not. Appointment scheduled for Tuesday, fingers crossed they will take care of it since the damage happened when the car was in for service at the dealership.

Default Navi Screen Update

They installed a new navi screen yesterday at no charge. Customer service and satisfaction at this dealership is truly their top priority. Thinking about putting some sort of screen protector on to prevent any damage in the future.

Wow! I'm glad to see that they took care of you! Wish all Lexus dealerships were like that
