I say don't do it and keep the IS350. The 200t will be disappointing after having a 350. Its only good if you upgrade from a 250 but the 350 is another league altogether (and the NX will be heavier too!). I have 2 kids aged 8 and 5 and the IS350 is more than suitable vehicle to haul them around. I think the IS350 was about the same sized vehicle as the Camry from the 80s which I was hauled around in. No reason to think you need a bigger vehicle if you already have an RX

It's been a little over a month since I got my 2015 IS350 F-Sport Atomic Silver / Rioja Red. Have clocked about 1,300 miles.
This car is such a joy to drive.
Not sure if any of you go / have gone thru' this feeling.. How long does it last with this car. Does it eventually wear off?

Well stated. This was an excellent upgrade from my Acura TL. Couldn't be happier

I love driving my car, but spending at least 2 hours in it per day on the highway to and from work is zero fun. So if I were you, I would not necessarily wish every drive was longer

I drove the 328i for about 10 miles before trying out the IS350. Was sold on the IS350 almost immediately. But that's just lil 'ol me.

When it was time to retire my 2002 BMW 330 XI, I test drove a 2014 F30 and found the handing inferior and the steering numb. It was much less fun than my car to drive. I then test drove and bought the newly available IS 350 F Sport. To my surprise, the Lexus was much more of a driver's car (in sport plus) than the current BMW.
In fact, if I had to rate the three cars on fun, handling and overall drivability, I would give the E46 a 10, the 3IS an 8 and the current BMW F30 a 6.

The pursuit of F
OP, it's been 2 years and 2 months owning the IS which is a testament to how much I like this car. I rarely keep cars for more than two years...
I had the itch to move to an RC F this past spring, but I decided to invest in a much cheaper alternative in new wheels and lowering springs to re-ignite the IS-love. Since then, I feel like I have a new car again. My wife now loves the IS more than the NX and when she has a choice she picks the IS!

lexus did a brilliant job with the is350 they upped the germans with the rear suspension and handling.
the interior is still too small for me but others that are not small people love the car and say the interior is fine.
great car... city mpg is still an issue especially in traffic getting 240 miles to a tank
