just wanted to confirm, is this the correct part #?

it looks there are 2 part numbers for the same part with different manufacturing years
from my limited research the difference is how it looks
the 2015 has the circles while the 2016 has rectangles (you would want the circles then to match the rest)

did anyone else order one?

why do you need to sand the back? is it not flat?

Tried looking for it in Japan and here in UAE and it's just not available, mind sharing a link or a method to get it please?
