Any dyno numbers or just the car feels faster on 300V?

I have a couple questions regarding the oil/oil changes,

1) Most people put around 6-6.5 quarts I'm assuming, is the normal amount cause most places sell it by the quart or 5 quart.
2) I wanted to double check, is the oil for 2015 IS250 f sport 0w-20?
3) Does it matter which Mobil 1 it is? (full synthetic extend performance or advanced fuel)?

Thanks everyone.
