I've got the first one in silver ) Looks better than SSRs, noticeably less weight and the overall design is more refined. Check my build thread. There are pics of 3IS on these SSRs on their USA website. RAYS look good from any angle when SSRs' spokes seems fatty and the whole rim looks a bit ugly from 3/4 view.

Honestly it's your preference and it also depends on the color on your car. In my opinion the silver ones stand out more than the black

I like the black but I have a pure white car so it contrasts well.

I would get the 57FXX. hard defined edges, tons of detail, newer wheel (came out in 2014)

The rays.
Black would look good on anything, regardless of what color your car is, imo.

19x8,5 ET38 fronts and 19x9,5 rears. 11 mm spacer on the fronts.
235/35 R19 and 265/30 R19 Toyo Proxes T1 Sport rubber. Gonna change fronts for 245/35 for the next spring/summer season.
The springs are TEIN H Tech - JDM spec -25/-20.
