The 2016 for IS200T for Canada is disappointing because of the F-Sport offering they have. Wouldn't exactly call it a real F-Sport because it doesn't come with navigation for instance.

I don't think so. The active suspension is nice, but other things, like the front end and the gauges and the high-dust brake pads are drawbacks. Sorry, the "standard" car just suits me better.

Default I did it

So I pulled the trigger on the 350 premium.

The seller for me was the test drive. Salesman let me take the car out by myself. I love that.

It's a totally different machine than what I am coming off. Totally. I believe it also rivals my buddies 335xdrive 2011.

Pick it up in 2 weeks.

I assume you are referring to the front bumper and grill? Any other parts need to be changed? I also assume your foglights went away with this mod?

What did it cost?

Ive had my is350 non f-sport Luxury Package for over a year now and love all the little features it came with. If I had to choose again, I would still pick the non-sport since Im not really a fan of the f-sport front bumper. There were only a couple of things I really like about the f-sport, which is that it comes in Ultra white and now Ultra Sonic Blue 2.0 and has a black headliner.

Im not sure if lexus changed it but you could only get memory seats and steering column in the non fsport model

The 350 F Sport with VGRS has the memory steering column, but no memory seats.

If the standard gauges, seats, front bumper, and wheels (?) are OK with you then premium is just fine.

Congrats on your decision!

I went with the non-F sport 350 because the F sport was an extra $50/month for the next 5 years and so I couldn't justify the mainly cosmetic differences. If there was more of a performance difference than shocks, then I may have been swayed to get the F. But essentially seats, gauge cluster, front bumper & shocks weren't enough for me (wheels don't count because I would buy aftermarket in any case).

I needed the front bumper, grille, grille surrounds, foglight covers (i chose not to buy jdm foglights.. so it eliminated my fogs) and the plastic vents in the bumper... I'd say around $1000-1400 w. paint for the average person.. give or take? Mind you my 350 comes w. all around parking sensors which no f sport has in the states.. I also noticed that the non f-sport seats seem to be way more comfortable IMO.

The "mean" looks are almost a drawback, though, since it doesn't have the performance to match the look.
