Default KW Coilover Installation Problems

Hi Guys

Anyone here installed KW Coilovers in a 2014/15 IS350 RWD?

Long story short, since I'm in Australia my supplier ordered these in via Germany KW. Rears fit perfectly but the fronts don't.

Main problem is the bottom mount has a 17mm hole whereas the car has a 14mm bolt & even the tops don't look quite right how they mate with the factory tops.

Just wondering if anyone has any measurements or pics of the bottoms in particular to see if it's something with the German supply line. I did notice on their website they only have the IS250 & their code is XE2a whereas the US site calls them XE3. The kit part numbers are the same so I'm not sure if theres a differnce with the Euro cars or they have supplied the wrong fronts.

I will post some pics after this which also has a part number of the front shock showen, hopefully someone can help!

Their products are known to be in a class of their own and will fit your "Only the best" kit perfectly

Now I am worried about if mine fits....

If they come from Germany they might be wrong, still waiting for a reply from Germany so could just be a mixup ......... hopefully

Here's the link on the German website, same part number as the US website but refers to the car as XE2a not XE3

Read somewhere the main difference in the suspension between the IS and GS is the size of that bottom bolt, because the lower arms are made of different materials. You may need a sleeve. But I recall Teh strut bottom for 3IS and 4GS is forked?

It's the correct type bottom but my IS has a wider fitting with a 14mm bolt not 17mm as in the coilover.

Just wondering since they put the "a" on the end of XE2 (which is a 2IS), maybe they are 2IS fronts & they just changed the rear to a seperate shock & spring with the XE2a?
