Default IS 250 lease deal

Hoping to get feedback on this lease:

First visit to a WI Lexus dealer and these are the numbers they gave me:

2015 IS250 F Sport AWD (12,000 mi / 36 mo)

45,854 MSPR
43,413.14 Sale Price
99.00 Aftermarkets
Rebates: $2,000
Due on Delivery: $500
MF .00085
Residual: $29,347

$455.93 / mo

Would love to be around $350. Advice? I think there is room in the sale price.

In CA, we are spoiled with 10-15% discounts off msrp - the payment you've been quoted would probably get you an IS350 here. Do you have other dealers within a reasonable distance that you can solicit quotes from to try to get some competition going?

Unfortunately there are only 3 dealers in the area, and all almost an hour away. I really have not negotiated with these folks yet, so I am hoping once I get some solid advice/numbers, I can return prepared. The IS 250 are somewhat seldom here and they just had 6 shipped from the south, so I wonder if they're going to be stiff on the sale price...

$460 per month for leasing a IS250 is a bit too much for me but I am living in CA though.

I purchased my IS350 with 10% off MSRP.

Try negotiating with all three dealers via email (hopefully they're separately owned). I don't physically go to the dealer until I have a deal nailed down. Believe me - it works better when they don't have you on their home turf. If a dealer earns my trust, I will speak with their internet dept over the phone as long as I have a sense they are seriously trying to get my business and are not playing games.

Hopefully, we have some members in your vicinity that can chime in and give us some idea of what deals they were able to land.

Tell them you could just fly to Cali and have a fun roadtrip back home or shipped. And show them the price you got from a SoCal internet manager.

Try to get the MF down to at least .006, they started me with .0125 and after negotiating I got them for .004, huge difference. Also see if you can put down several Security deposits, that will bring it down as well, plus you get it back after the lease ends.

Isn't the .00085 I got lower than .006?

Yes it is by a lot. Probably meant .0006 which is pretty darn low, probably won't get that low without some MSD's

Cool, thanks. I have contacted the sales rep regarding MSDs and see what they can do about the sale price as well. Stay tuned! I appreciate all the help.

Another dealer sent me these numbers:

$45,854 MSRP
-$3,741 Discount
$42,113 Your Price
-$500 Rebate
-$1,000 Rebate
-First Months Payment Waiver

Includes: 2 Years Pre-Paid Maintenance

36 Mo Lease/12K Miles Per Year/Tax, Title, Transfer Plate everything included
$2,500 Due out of Pocket
$363.33 Per Month

I asked if we swapped the out of pocket with MSD what the monthly rate would be and he said around $480, so it doesn't really pay to do that if I am looking for a lower monthly. Any feedback on this deal? seems a lot better for almost the exact car.

This quote is almost the same as your original post - just more money up front.

I don't think they are being up front with you on the MSDs - each MSD reduces the money factor by .00008 - so with 8 MSDs for 2800, my lease calculator shows around 420 a month with nothing else out of pocket except the rebates. I don't know your tax rate, so I used 7%. I estimated total fees at 1900 including 700 Lexus lease activation plus dmv and other misc fees. You should insist on a detailed breakdown to see how they arrived at their number.

Zero down
36 month
10k
two years of service included
first month by dealer
375 $ w/tax not quite 350, but pretty close.
