Comparably equipped, they are about the same price with the 328 being slightly more expensive. The IS350, is a better total car than the 328...about the same speed with a much better chassis. The 335 is a better car than the 350 because it has a wonderful powertrain...but its at least $6-8k more expensive with decent options. Lexus doesn't really produce a true 335 competitor.
