Paint issue on 2014 IS 350
So I bought a used 2014 IS 350 AWD F Sport in April. When detailing it I noticed some small bubbles in the paint around the drivers side wheel well. When I brought it in for an oil change at the Lexus dealer I mentioned it to them. They told me they had some issues with the paint on some of the 2014's and it would be covered under warranty. A week later I bring it in, they have it a week and after picking it up and washing the car I noticed black specks all along the wheel well that were in the paint, and overspray on my rear door. I brought it back again and they redid it.
About a week later I washed my car again and noticed a small blemish in the paint on the wheel well. I figured I could live with it. That was end of April. Now today I wash my car and notice 2 significant bubbles along the wheel well again. I am super fussy with my car and a detail guy so I know every imperfection in my car. Anyone have any clue as to what is causing this? The Lexus dealer does not have a body shop and they send all their work out to a Cadillac dealership. Just really frustrated. Its an inconvenience to say the least. Everytime they have my car a week and then for me to find time to drop it off and pick it up with a busy schedule.... Here are the pictures. It will be going back soon.
Car is immaculate otherwise.

I would take it back and have them check it out.

I would be livid. And for sure I would be speaking with not only the service manager at the Lexus dealer, but the body shop manager at the Cadillac dealer. Obviously they are not prepping the car correctly, or they are using incompatible material.
