Default Need help with nee car issue

I just bought my is350 last week thurs and noticed a dent on rear tire curve area and deep scratches on the moon roof. I told the internet manager yesterday and he said "we would have noticed that if there was any defects". Its been about 2 days and been in my garage since im driving my old car around. What can i do about this situation? Im so pissed off. Its difficult to see these defects (need good lighting/angle) but still want it perfect.

Every Lexus comes with I believe either 3 days or 7 days return guarantee period. They tell you that at the time of signing the financial documents..

If you're within that range, try to approach it that route..

I had a similar issue with my IS250, which I just let go. After getting it, saw one rim with a small section of curb rash.

Next car, I'm going over it with a fine tooth comb to point out anything, then I'm going to have my wife do the same to catch anything I missed.

If the internet sales manager won't help, try going above him/her. (GM)

If he/she (GM) still won't help, try speaking to Lexus corporate about the situation.

I would just get on it asap to avoid too much time going by
