Default 2015 IS250 F sport ventilated seat problem?

HI. I bought 2015 IS250 F sport 6 weeks ago.
I have question guys.
My car front seat when I turn on ventilated button, bottom part blow cool air come out and back part also come out air but little bit down of back part is going warm and hot. I thought "Maybe ventilated motor working over here middle of back part that's why it is hot". but too much hot for me. so i dropped off car in Lexus service center two days ago. and today i met one of mechanical guy who was fixing my car. he said "your car is not normal. i never ever seen this seat before, your seat temperature is 93 degree when i turned on ventilated button" and he go back to work. later on service center manager called me he said "your car is normal, i tested two more car same as your IS F sport but It's same hot, IS F design ventilated seat taking little bit more time to come out cool air it taking 18 minute and other car 16 Min later cool down so it's normal and hung up the phone (but manager didn't know i met mechanical guy today) and then he call me back again he said he trying to making better so give me a couple of days. what is mean? he said It's normal but what he gonna making better? you guys waiting 18 minute or 16 minute your ventilated seat right?

My ventilated seats were great but I recently noticed that the back isn't really ventilated anymore, only the bottom. I was thinking of bringing my car in to have the seat checked but I haven't had time. Sounds to me that the tech talked to the manager and now the manager may try to figure out what's wrong with your car.

You should call them back to ask for an explanation.

I visited service center yesterday day. Manager told me TEXAS weather is so hot so this weather making the seat very hot so when I start engline and ventilated seat come out hot air first and after that cool air coming and also he asking where I parking the my car? Outside or garage? I am parking outside. Is it problem? If is it ture, all of Texas lexus owner parking in the garage? Because of ventilated seat? Or do I have to leave this state? Because of ventilated seat?

Have you tried parking in the shade? Maybe your seats are extremely hot because the sun is on the seat all day. You could always try using a sun shade which protects the interior and keeps the interior slightly cooler

Whenever I get into a baking hot car, I open all the windows and turn the AC to fresh air mode for a few minutes for it to cool down. Since the seats simply recirculate air, hot car = hot seats until the AC catches up.

Interesting. There have been others who suggest setting it to footwell only to increase flow to the seats. At least you have the tech working on your car to see if this is something to fix

On the Genesis the tubes in the seat kept getting crushed by fanny pressure -- for everyone. Took about a year then the circulation would diminish. My solution was to have removable color matching custom made sheepskin seat covers made for the summer. Sheepskin will never get hot or cold. If I want the all natural look -- I take them off.
