$37.5K for used 2014 IS350 f-sport AWD. Is this a good buy?

That car sat in my drive way for 2.5 weeks until the snow started to melt and the streets were a little wider for two cars to pass through. I didn't want to drive my shiny, new-to-me Lexus and crash within the first few days of having it as it was my first RWD car. Any who i am DEFINITELY investing in some dedicated snow tires for this year, no unintentional rally racing or drifting for this guy
