Wow, thanks SpecONE that's great info. That harness from Nigel will drop into the 3IS?

i've done my research on these switches

There are 3 different Lexus/Toyota sizes from over the years.

You can look at it like this specific to Lexus IS generations

1IS was LL size
2IS was L size
3IS was S size.
thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure what the dimensions were on the button I found. I just knew it was a a toytoa part. but it did look a lot bigger than the dummy panels in our cars.

Is the Nigel harness going to be compatible with the wires on these fogs?

From the pictures, it looks like the Nigel harness has the connectors to plug right into the OEM fog. All it would take is to "tap con" these fog's red and black wires into the corresponding wires on the harness or just cut off the connectors and solder them together.

To the people who already installed these foglights like myself. How do you feel about them? I think they look nice, fit nice, easy installation, bright for me, but it is so blinding for others.

Arent they aimed so low that it wont blind others? ? Its mostly glare right?
I wonder if the housing can be taken apart. I would like the swap the led inside of it to a less bright one and different color.

For what they are, they're pretty bright lol. I personally like them. At night the floor and everything ahead of me is super lit.

I hit a fairly small dip today and one of them came off! It was snug fit too. Funny thing is the side that was loose didn't fall off. I placed the fog back and made sure it was in. Debating if I should use aproxy or something for extra protection.

Thanks for the heads up man. I'll probably reinforce it with some 3m doublesided tape.

Tapped to the DRL. Won't go on in auto alone if headlights aren't on.

Surprised how bright they were!
