The one that I returned was like this as well. I placed two 20 lb weights on it over an hour and it straightened out.

For anyone wondering how it looks on Nebula Grey:
I actually painted it semi-gloss black and had to get my exhaust tips pulled out so they didn't look too far in. I would also suggest heating it with a heat gun while double taping the top because the plastic is hard to form to the bumper. All in all 7/10. Thanks to jkhang714 for the sale.
