Cheapest place to get painted oem spoiler?

Is Sewell still cheapest place to get oem spoiler already pre painted and shipped?

Is the template a necessity if you buy the oem spoiler?

All I know is Sewell is closed now, at least their online store. I know a lot of people go to mylparts.com for OEM parts. You should see if they have what you need.
