Default Wrinkles on Steering Wheel

I got my IS250 couple weeks ago, this is the steering wheel, wrinkle allover the grip, especially 3 and 9. Is this normal?

Welcome to the forum.

It does look more wrinkled than what I've normally seen (ex. pic below). Not sure if the dealer will address it but try. I've had wrinkles appear about a year of usage on my CT's steering wheel and my dealer changed it without fuss. Good luck.

I have a look at my steering Wheel and its condition and let you know about wrinkles....

Please have anyone noticed click sound when pressing buttons on the steering Wheel? It sounds like clicking on the PC mouse, Iam pretty sure its not normal, because only left button (music and volume switch does it)

I think that's well within the range of normal. I actually think it looks nice as it adds a bit of character.

what next? put all cows all over the world on anti wrinkle creams? It's a natural material, it wrinkles, it's supposed to.

Lightbulb I have something for you.

here you go my friend.
apply every time at nights when you park your car.
Gently spreading over an area....do not forget to turn on the interior lights, so the neighbors will see what you're doing.

Best Regards.

I have similar creases in the same areas for the steering wheel. Despite I am picky about quality, I think the creases are still within acceptable range due to the type of leather Lexus has used in making the steering wheel. The good side is the wheel is buttery soft. The downside is it is easier to have creases.

I went to dealer ask if its normal or not, they checked it and replaced a new wheel with no question.
