How long do you wait for service?
So I recently hit some debris on the NJ Turnpike and cracked a rim and blew out my tire this past saturday. I ended up calling a local dealer that had the rim and tire in stock, and made my appointment for the following Monday. However it took 4.5hrs for to mount and balance a brand new tire and rims plus do a wheel alignment as there were no loaner cars available. My only consolation was that I had the wheel and tire warranty so I paid the lousy $100 for the wheel alignment. Honestly, my service wait time makes me feel like I'm driving a Toyota Corolla.

Every time I bring my car in for service, they have a Hybrid ES loaner car ready for me so I don't have to wait. Regular service takes a few hours (includes a car wash and vacuum).
