Default Driving Modes

When you're driving, how often do you change driving modes? (Eco, Normal, Sport/Sport+)

Sport+ almost exclusively. Damn them for not letting me set it as a default. Once in a while I forget, and it takes me a minute to figure out why the car is moving like a slug.

I'm a "normal" person most of the time, make s the Sport modes a little more exciting. If I know the Missus will be driving the car, I leave it in Eco mode (she's a bit of a lead foot).

main annoyances is Sport and Sport+ dont seem to shift past 5th gear, so I end up putting it in Manual mode to get it to go past gear 5. Do these modes eventually shift past 5th? Sport/Sport+ and it going up to gear 8 would be nice actually. In M mode it has the rougher downshifts because of the throttle blipping.

^^^ Mine does the same in sport/sport+. However, it will eventually up-shift at higher rpms and i think it's due to how the transmission works and continues to stay in that gear due to it being in "sport" mode for better performance as opposed to auto-shifting at lower rpms...But i could be wrong. I'm completely fine with that though.

I usually drive in ECO mode 90% of the time and occasionally in sport/sport+ when i want to have some fun

I use Normal mode most often - at least 90% of the time. I use Sport mode here and there when I'm looking for a little more fun, and never use Eco.

I'm usually in Normal during regular driving (to/from work), Eco/Normal at highway speed and ALWAYS S/S+ on On-Ramps/winding roads/overtakes so I switch every so often while driving.

It will continue to shift up in sport and sport+ past 6th, but you need to be exceeding the speed limit pretty good to see it. Trust me on this one.

Yes it does. Depends on how you drive. If you're cruising without stomping on pedal it should shift up to 7th. At least mine does but yeah something it holds the gear too long and there goes my mpg. I drive in S+ a lot more now because gas is cheap for now.

I've owned the car for a few months now, and I just discovered the sport+ mode last week. I feel so dumb.
