is it possible to buy aftermarket rims all of equal size for the F-sport to make the setup non-staggered? Would like to rotate tires and extend the life of them.

it's possible, but not recommended.
the car was designed to have wider wheels in the back, ideally, you'd keep it that way.

Totally fine, Lexus uses same size setup for the 17" factory option. Also, if you go 18x8 +45 in the rear it will look flush like your current 18x8.5 +50 setup. Narrower tires will reduce traction on the limit a bit but shouldn't be an issue unless you track a lot.
