I'm running 19x9.5 et40 in the rear with a Hankook 255/30/19. There is plenty of clearance.
As for the front, i am also running a 19x8.5 et35 with a 225/35/19 tire. I added a 8mm spacer (bringing offset to an et27) and it only rubs the inner screw where the bumper meets the fender on really big dips in the road. I'm also lowered on BC Racing Coilovers. Since you'll be running stock height, you should be fine. Also since you're going to be stretching a 225 tire onto a 9.5 up front, you should also be fine once you lower the car, depending how low you go.
I've actually been contemplating on dumping the 8.5 fronts i have, and buying two more rear wheels to run a square setup as well. But unfortunately, i have other things i need to spend money on now, so that'll have to wait.

For instance... The rear wheels do not fit on the front. If they were 45 offset instead of 50, they would fit.
I tried to fit my aftermarket 19x9.5 et40 on the front and they did not clear by about 5mm. Here is a comparison between your standard 8.5 et35 and 9.5 et40. As you see, you get a lot less clearance.

How much space do you have? Would it be enough to run a +20 19x9.5? or a +35?
