Might be legit, but not sure. I'd rather work with a middle guy. Fizz, ravspec, mastermind, ahsan group, bulletproof, etc. those guys have tons of experience working with companies overseas.

It looks legit but i would go with Ming from Fizz or Mark at Ravspec
