Gennacide can you take a pic of the connectors/set up so we can see exactly how it's supposed to be hooked up? Would be nice to get a visual reference. Thank you

I want to try this on my new 15 ES300h. So this will only work with parking brake on? I too bought that hdmi2av box with usb power for my other infiniti and haven't tried it yet. Infiniti has RCA input while the lexus uses that 4pole input. Anyone got the brake/speed override for this setup?

Thanks!

I bought the apple lightning digital AV cable and teh hdmi-RCA w/ usb power from ebay and used a camcorder cable (RCA-AVoutput) and it worked like a charm. Forgot to press the brake pedal and had to use red to yellow jack on the rca connector and the cable. Now, did anyone succesfully install something that would bypass the parking brake and speed sensor restriction? It would be damn nice if we could use google maps from our phones...

Thanks. I will call them. I thought the one you listed was if I had a navigation system. I don't have a NAV on my 15' ES300h.

So it seems that the 4 pole end, the 2nd from the tip or 3rd from the cable itself, needs to be ground, but most I'm finding, have the one closest to the cable (4th from tip) as the ground.

Has anyone tried this?

http://www.prestigioussociety.com/?page_id=1223

I understand its more expensive than a few cables but I wonder if perhaps its not necessary to do a vehicle in motion bypass to be able to use the the dash screen to mirror the iphone screen with this?

you did, thank you. Just that its hard to find the exact order of what each part is when looking... on amazon for example. and its seems when i do find a cable with the specs listed, the portion closest to the cable itself is almost always ground, not 2nd from tip.
