Default Heated seats stay Max heat setting?

I have a 2014 IS350 F sport and I don't like how the heated seats when turned on max heat, it automatically decrease in heat level over time. Is there anyway you can set it to stay max hot? I don't like how it goes to Min setting after 10-15 mins or so.

not sure if I remember correctly, but I'm sure you have to push down on both heat seater buttons.. and hold until you hear a beep or something. hold them down for like 5-10 seconds.

+1. It's actually listed in the owners manual. Hold both seat heater buttons down and the same time and wait for the beep. If you decide later that you do want the auto-decrease feature turned on again, just repeat the process.
