I'd say my tires are a bit too wide but my rear wheels were getting chewed up on my previous tires and I didn't want to risk the same size with my new tires. I couldn't get the size I wanted for the front.
So....that's where I'm at.

I wanted to pick your collective brains before I pull the trigger on some wheels for my wife's 2016 IS350 FSport Ultra White.
I'm looking to do VMR V706 in bronze. She's currently lowered on RSR Downs. These were the specs that were recommended:
VMR Wheels V706 19x8.5 ET35 5x114.3 60.1 (235/35/19 tires)
VMR Wheels V706 19x9.5 ET45 5x114.3 60.1 (265/30/19 tires)
1. Will this give it a nice flush look w/o rubbing fender on the outside or suspension on the inside? I ask because I've seen some of you run 19x8.5 ET45 on the fronts. Would the above recommended ET35 be too aggressive giving it a slight poke with the current drop on the RSR Downs? (I want to avoid poke and keep it flush)
2. The recommended tire size should be good for speedo reading and not throw off traction control?
3. For the rears, any pro and cons with running 265 vs 255 wide?
Thanks for the advice!

Exactly.
I actually never liked the stock F-Sport rims because I don't like black/dark rims.
But I like some of the above rims - for example the bronze ones posted above by Fejj808.
I also like the rims posted above by AAC.
It may sound strange but one of the reasons I never considered the IS F-Sport is I didn't care for its wheels. I like my aluminium 5-spoke wheels in my IS (non-sport) much better.
