YES 100% it will rub.... im running RSR downs and a 255/30/20 rear and rub slightly over big dips in the road i would stay away from the 265 if u are lowering it

do any of you use yokohama s drive summer tires for performance?? i was wondering if thats a good tire to use, and if i have an IS300 AWD and wanted to lower it on RSR downs or super downs, what should be an ideal tire size for no rubbing for 19 or 20 inch rims.

The best tire size for the IS lowered on RSR Downs is 235/35-19 / 265/3-19 or 225/30-20 / 255/30-20. Also, notice that RSR super downs will lower your car way too much and "stretched" tires may be needed to avoid rubbing.

P.S. This is just my personal opinion. I am not a tire/wheel tech or specialist by any means!

Thanks! My car is a RWD, it's 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear. I got the half down bc I wanted a mild drop, too much pot holes where I live lol. The drop for AWD RSR down springs is less than RWD down springs, so your drop would be in between the Down and Half Down.

A lot of the wheel gap depends on the wheel/tire size. I have half downs with 19" wheels.
