User preferences mostly.

19" leaves you with a bit more meat on your sidewall height (when attempting to stay within the overall OEM tire diameter - for speedometer accuracy purposes), which gives you a bit more comfort when going over road imperfections.
Most will claim that 19" are a perfect size for the Lexus IS line of things.
19's will also usually mean a lighter wheel when in direct comparison to their 20's counterpart.
Downsides however is that there's less tire options for 19" wheels.

20" leaves you with a thinner sidewall height (again when attempting to stay within OEM diameter specs), which translates to a harsher ride.
Some will say that 20" are too big for the Lexus IS line, but again it's to each his own lol.
You'll have more tire options with 20's.

My eyes tell me you're on springs, the front wheel gap is about an inch higher than the rear.
Nice wheels though, compliments the atomic silver well.
Grats on selling 19", you'll definitely have more Lexus customers.

I have the exact same set up. Mind you, different wheels.
Front needs more offset by a couple mm. My vote is +32 or +30 to match the flushness of the rear.

Actually no, that is still on stock suspension/stock ride height.

Thank you for the compliments, glad you like them, we are hoping to reach more customers with our new 19" offerings (RF2 is now available in 19" as well).

I run 8,5 ET38 + 11 mm spacers fronts and they match the 9,5 ET38 rears perfectly.

post up pics of your ride so we can see how low she sits!

and for wheels...
Front
19x9.5 +35 front will fit a 245 tire, but you might rub with a 245. others on the forum have gone 225ish

Rear
19x10.5 +55 if you want the space for that fatty 275 tire
for the rears you can get away with 19x10.5 +45, but you gotta get a slimmer tire 245/255ish

These Tire Rim combinations are beautiful...
but here in montreal for winter these will not do...

Im trying to desperately find RIMS that will not make the tires stick out...

I will be buying 225/45/17 tire for sue...i just cant seem to decide on the rim size...

Bore size will be a perfect fit of 60.1 for the lexus but i cant seem to decide on the following rim size:

17x7 35 offset
17x7.5 35 offset
17x7.5 40 offset
17x7.5 42 offset
17x8 45 offset

Im worried about the 35 offset sticking out more than what i currently have 225/40/18 18x8 45 offset

I've done all the calculations and i cant seem to pull the plug...im kind of frozen right now...i cant decide, i dont want to make the wrong move...
