Default Spoiler Question

It's been years since I've posted on this forum. Previously had 2 2IS 250s.

Recently picked up a 2015 IS350FSport w/spoiler.

After having the car for a few weeks, I'm not sure how I feel about the factory spoiler. (LOVE the car)

I know there's been discussion about removing the spoilers on older models, but I can't find if the factory spoiler is bolted on in addition to the double sided tape on the 2015 3IS. If it is, it's staying on. If it's not, I'd consider removing it.

Anybody have any insight?

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it's bolted on if it's factory. Is it the spoiler from the link below?

i use roam around the clubrsx forums and saw this guy who had four bolts on his deck. he took it to a shop and they welded some metal, grind, smooth, repainted for about 350. not too bad of a cost if you want to go that route.

Not too bad, but won't be happening on my 27 month lease. It's cool. Don't hate it, just was unsure about it.

Spotted the one @ sewell but $995???? I'll pass on that one considering the us factory is less than $400 installed. Just liking the more subtle look and think it matches the lines of the car better, similar to my 2IS
