About the color: Atomic silver
Hey all, I am Hamdan from KSA, glad to be a member in your great club
Soon, I am going to buy an IS350. A concern of mine is the color! Which one is the best in term of quality on the long-term use! Actually, I started narrowing my choices to two colors, which are pearl white+Atomic silver. In my opinion, atomic silver color is VERY unique and reflecting sun light in many ways during the daytime, but I think that it will become boring when it loses its glittery effect. So the question is that how long does the color keep its brightness? And for the color owners, do you notice a difference in the color after a while of use?
Another thing is what do you think about the combo of this color with flaxen (camel) interior?!
Thank you guys in advance!
I wish I hadn't took a lot of your time 😊

When I went in to pick up my ultra white is350, they had an atomic silver is250 on the show room floor. It stood out to me right away......I think it's the best looking silver color out there. It is absolutely gorgeous!

Atomic silver is the way to go. I wanted this color, but was trumped by my wife as this is her daily driver. For some reason she wasn't feeling the color! Said she didn't like the different looks it gave in different lighting. To me that alone is one of the main reasons to get this color. Your car looks different at different times. All you have to do is keep it clean.

honestly i think there is no other sportier color combination than the ultra white and red interior. i've been dead set on that color combo for the past 8 years, and selected it when i finally bought the 3IS. love every moment of it, but also hate it at the same time like a backstabbing cheating btich of a girlfriend (only an expression). white is a bit hard to maintain, which i didn't think was the case, considering its lighter in color and all my previous cars were mostly dark colors and stuff just showed up every two days after washing. but the road, debris, rocks, ect., does not agree with a white front end.. i feel like it looks like a 16 your old's pimply face.. unless you pay 1500 or so for a PPF. but after this learning experience, i will for certain go atomic silver with red interior on my GS next.

If you care for them, any of these paints are going to look as new for many years.

DocHamdam...I was torn between these two colors as well. In the end, I followed my heart and went with teh white but I never drive my vehicles in teh rain or snow so its a dry weather car (we have 2 others to drive around) so keeping cleaning is not an issue for me.
I will say that EITHER color will serve you well as both are just drop dead gorgeous. It is just a matter of flipping a coin at this point in my opinion.
aquguam...That is ONE SEXY IS350 you have there my friend!

Question: On the back (trunk), does the trim piece just below the Lexus logo and between the tail lights come from the factory in chrome? In these pictures it looks like it has been blacked out. Just wanted to verify. Or if someone can just post a picture of a bone-stock Atomic Silver rear end that would work too.
