Here's my atomic silver 3IS with tinted windows. Has anybody ever tint the top portion of their windshield? I noticed the factory windshield is clear on top so it doesn't really block the sun unlike other cars with a blue tint.
I think having black interior makes the front look darker so I decided to go with 50%.

I did and love having it. I've contemplated getting my windshield tinted but don't want to give up my strip. It helps tremendously in the winter when the sun is at a lower angle.

Just recently purchased a black IS350. Love the car!! But torn on what tint to get due to the factory 70%, and also it being a small car. I have always had 20 on my ram sport 1500's to match the factory back windows. The ram's windows will seem lighter with 20 percent tint due to the large amount of light entering the windshield and the larger windows. My tint guy has the option of 20 and 30. I'm afraid 20 will be too dark and hard to see at night and in our underground parkade. But I'm afraid 30 will be way too light compared to what I'm used to and will have wasted my money. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!
