Considering this car for sale here

Coming from a 2008 BMW 335i which may be used as a trade in.

So it says "Today's Special" price tag is $42,888.
Totally not worth it! The car has 11k mileage on it already.
I bought my 2014 IS350 F Sport with navigation brand new when it first came out for only $45k without tax (originally it cost about $47k).
Based on the pictures given on the center console, it doesn't seem like it has Mark Levinson neither.
With the 2015 model out, that used 2014 should be at the most worth $38k-$40k.
Do not even consider it anything beyond $40k.

Actually the miles are good considering the car was owned for about 13-14 months. 1 to 1.5K a month is an average mileage number for a car these days.
I do agree that the asking price is a little high. Somewhere south of 40K would be better. Throw that number back at them and see what happens.
