New Owner 2014 IS 350 - A few questions
Greets - I have just leased a 2014 IS 350 F Sport (I came from a 2002 IS 300 and my wife has a 2006 IS 350). I was wondering if those who have had the car for a while might be able to answer some of the little annoyances I have found in my 1 week of ownership:
1) The Voice Command goes on a long diatribe each time you push the button about "if you need help". Is there a way so that it says "say a command" without "if you need help, blah blah blah"?
2) The 2006 IS 350 lowers the radio whenever the navigation starts to speak. Anyone know how to get the 2014 to do that (or some other fix to the low nav volume)?
3) The 2014 reads the subject line of my emails, but nothing else. Does not receive texts and does not receive the body of the email. Any ideas?
THANKS!

Congrats on the new ride. Here's my attempt at your questions.
1) You can turn off the voice prompts in the settings, or you can press the voice command button during the prompt to skip it.
2) The 3IS does not lower the radio volume during directions.
3) Depends on what type of phone you have and the settings on that phone.
