Does anyone know if the 14' IS 250's with LED headlights comes with AFS? I read the manual and it appears that it does... However, I keep getting conflicting information. On my 2012 GTI, the AFS calibrated every time I started the car (headlights went up/down and left/right). I know the Lexus doesn't have turning headlights, but I'm curious about them auto-leveling..

The LED headlights do not have auto leveling, only the HIDs do.

The LEDs DO have auto leveling. It just doesn't do the traditional down/up movement. I noticed it after a trip to Costco where I loaded up the trunk. When I started the car I noticed the beam go downwards. When I started the car up after unloading everything, the beam adjusted itself back up. Same thing happens with extra passengers in the car.

For the first few weeks after I bought my car I was bummed since I couldn't see it auto level or swivel the headlights like the 2IS did. I was pretty surprised when I saw it level itself.

Yeah, it definitely does level itself out. Just doesn't have the cool start up calibration like most cars do. If you want to test it.......check where your lights are and then load up the trunk with some weight. You'll see that it levels itself back out rather than aim up into the sky.
If you look here on Sewell's parts catalog, it shows the height adjustment sensor located in the rear LH - Left , Driver's Side
