Lexus of North Miami false advertisment of Fsport Intake

I think they are a actual Lexus dealer in Miami. They are selling their older 2013 fsport intake and avertising as 2014 Fsport intake. Is this even allowed by Lexus? They are selling the pre 2013 tube and the filter for $450, taking advatage of people since the actual 2014 fsport intake did not release yet. The real 2014 Fsport intake includes the tube, filter, and air box near $300 shipped. So this Lexus dealer is false advertising, offering less, and charging more. If people buy this, they are going to run into warranty issues also. So buyer be aware!!. Someone need to contact Lexus Headquarters. I feel that this Lexus dealer is scamming people.

It is an actual dealership. This is where I bought my car from. I believe the 2014 F-Sport intake is the same as the previous models since it is the same engine. I have the Greddy Intake from the previous generation IS models and it fits in my 3IS so I am pretty sure it works the same way with the F-Sport one.

Actually 2013 air box and the 2014 air box shape is different. If you look at the forum, people attepmted to put 2013 k and n air filter into 2014 and did not fit .

Correct, the air box does not fit.
Any pics of the real intake? Did you buy it?
I am curious because it is not yet available on Sewell lexus, not until fall.
Can the 250 intake be different from the 350?

I was trying to buy F-sport wheels back in the early part of the year and they never responded to my email questions. I wound up calling the dealership and asking for 'internet sales' - that got me to a person to speak to.
