Default Blackout Taillights & Headlights

I've always liked the look of white cars with blacked out lights, does anyone know if there are any covers available for the 2014/2015 IS250/350?

Couldn't find any online, just the previous model.

Yea that does look good, what was the reason for having it removed?

Didn't like them anymore. I had them on for 5 months and got sick of it.

that does look nice. I have a question. Is it illegal to have smoked out tail light? I'm in CA.. I was also thinking of tinting the front emblem.. your thoughts on that?

Mine weren't dark nor did I tint the reverse lights or turn signal so it should be alright if you do that. It was fine for me to do it in FL so I don't know about CA.

I had a shop do it but they had a hard time doing mine so they won't redo them if I wanted to. I tried some other places but no one will tint these tail lights because of the edges and stuff.

Blacked out tail lights are illegal in CA. But just like tint and lack of front license plate, its up to the cop if he wants to pull you over/write up a citation.

that's why the bake on method is so much better for these tail lights, you don't get any quality problems down the road. You can always remove the tint with a special solution, or trade with another member for a little bit of $$

blacked out head/taillights always seemed dumb to me. Why reduce your headlight and braking light output, which reduces the ability for other people to see you

Why swap suspension that more than likely reduces ride quality?
Why swap in an intake that makes less power then factory?
Why put on rims that will likely reduce gas mileage and alter handling characteristics?
Why put tints on windows that reduce outward visibility?
