I can't get mine to work. I've called like three times and have reset everything. It's frustrating. I have a Samsung s5 and I don't think that's the issue..

You're not alone.
I've pressed the SOS button 4 or 5 times to talk with them, and spoken with customer service on the telephone 2 or 3 times. They've reset my account and told me it would just take time. The status on my phone just went from "pending" to "failed." I'm about to just give up on the stupid thing and wait for Lexus to clean their crap up.

I work at a Lexus dealership. The 14 IS's will not have the Lexus Enform Remote compatibility.

Also if you are trying to activate your 15 IS's for the app you need to get your activation code from the dealerships in order to hook the app up. Hope that helps

The service comes free for the first year on the 2015 IS's and then there is a yearly subsciption fee

i am still hoping some kind of software update will come out, that will allow 2014 models to have this (not holding my breath though)...

A software update wouldn't fix it even if it was available. There is a different receiver in the vehicle that allows it to pick the signal up from the Remote App. If that isn't in the car it won't work and since the Remote App was not offered in 2014 a software update wouldn't do anything.

If you want it desperately enough than ask the dealer if it is possible to pay to change out the part/receiver. You can also check with sewell lexus parts.

If I live up north where it get's below zero I wouldn't hesitate, but it would **** me off to pay the annual fee though.

I was hoping mine would be capable with the RES+ on my 2015 IS250, but my dealership didn't know anything about it nor the Lexus apps.

I have a 2015 and I've been using Enform App Suite with no problems. The other day, I got an email invitation to download the Enform Remote App. I did, and I created an account. I'm able to login on my phone app, as well as on the Lexus website.

But I can only get so far on my phone until it asks me to press the SOS button. I haven't tried it yet. But honestly, the whole registration and the fact that the Enform App Suite is a separate thing with separate login than the Enform Remote stuff seems rather disjointed and a bit buggy. You can tell this is a new thing for Lexus and it's half baked. Reminds me of the government healthcare website back when it was first launched.

My 15' IS250 wasn't equip with SOS button and since my dealership here in Hawaii doesn't know anything about RES+, I'm out of luck. I also contacted the Costumer Contact Center about the Lexus Apps Suites and RES+ and said those features are only for continental United States only, which sucks. Oh well, I can live without it anyway...
