Wheel fitment on RSR Down

Wheel fitment on RSR Down
For anyone that has experience with wheel fitment I got a question. Any idea how 19x9.5 +40 would be up front with RSR Down springs. Would it cause any problems? And if not, what tire spec would you guys recommend. Thanks
