Ok. I wanted to see what sort of 0-60 mph times from everyone for the IS250 (the "slow" ones)
The fastest I've got was 7.33s for 0-60mph
Half tank of gas
Stock everything
Temp: 100F
Passenger: 1 (to take the time!), grand total of 2 heroes.
5 runs on flat roads (fastest run was run 2)
1) 7.53s
3) 7.81s
4) 7.49s
5) 7.77s
Please share guys!
@l5JLlll do share yours here so the IS350 guys can have their comparo in their thread.

those numbers! are impressive sir!
first time tried :
-Half tank of gas
-1500 km
-Stock everything
-A/C: off
Time: 4 am
Temp: 20 Celsius
Trac: on
Trans mode : Manual mode
Car mode :Sport mode
brake torque off the line
8.3 sec
9.3 sec (trac off)
7.95 sec (trac off)
Then i tried yesterday
-Half tank of gas
-7600 khm
-Stock everything
-A/C off
Time: 9 pm
Temp: 37 Celsius
Trac: off
Trans mode : manual mode (revs to redline letting the tranny autoshift)
Car mode : sport mode
and just slammed the pedal!
on a slightly up hill road
volla! 7.67 sec
looks like brake and accelerator pedals combo is not working very well
but slamming the accelerator pedals from stand still works best

I'd have to clock it with the right equipment but from this one run only, ~7.5 seconds, slightly uphill.
AWD model
Takeda Intake
Magnaflow axel-back
2 Deg C
M-mode (revs to redline letting the tranny autoshift)
Pedal slam (no engine braking)
<10L fuel, 91 octane

I'll have to do a couple more runs on level ground as I believe I can get a slightly better time still.

impressive indeed
Great job sir!
money well spent
with my is250 0-60 7.6 sec plus mods it will be like this
0.8-7.6= 6.8sec
i dont think so lol but maybe
i'm very tempted to buy both intake and exhaust setup
atleast theres proven gains!

0-60 - 7.45s AWD: Ulysses SpeedPro
Exactly, for about $1K, very happy with the performance gains. The 250 RWD should easily make it below 7 seconds!
Here's another video actually clocked with Ulysses SpeedPro to make it more official. It's a little out of focus but you see it on the bottom right circle.
Best time so far, 0-60: 7.45s

any detriment to the gas mileage?
I am tempted to get the exhaust and intake setup as well.
thanks!

See attached pic taken with my previous car, 2006 IS250. No mods, all stock. Hot and humid tropical weather. Looks like 3IS and 2IS are just about as slow/quick as each other.

For the improved performance, the investment for me is worth it alone, but I didn't get a 250 for true performance as we all know it's not a rocket. For me it's more about the sound of the buttery smooth 2.5L V6 and highlighting it further. The Magnaflow/Takeda combo hits the mark for me - adds a throatier deeper (but not obnoxiously loud) sound. See my build thread for details if you haven't seen it.
Took this video just a few days after installation and sounds a tiny bit deeper and louder now. Might make another vid soon.

thanks to corradoMR2 i got excited and i made the order
here what i ordered its as folows:
1-JoeZ IS250/350 Intake Pipe
http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=2804
2-Tom's Hi-Flow air filter
http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=295
Rison is went with those combo is:
1-i wanted to keep my car as close to Stock form and looks.
2-To keep my OME Air box for easier Air filter switch from OME filter to Drop in performance one.
3- to keep my warranty intact when i visit the dealer for regular maintenance
4- Its so dusty where i live and Tom's drop in air filter can be washed using only water with my home washer which easer and durable for the long run
5-JoeZ Intake Pipe Easy to install and remove return my car to stock form to keep my warranty intact
6-i did not get the the Takeda cold air intake because it won't work with hot climate since its not fully weather sealed so it will suck in more hot air plus its harder to install and remove.
parts we'll take 6-7 weeks to arrive to my country
cant wait

last night i gave a try
its a 0-62 mph = 100 km/h
to get 0-60 subtract 0.5-0.6 off the times
-Up hill
-2200m elevation
-full tank of gas
-7750 khm
-Stock everything
-A/C off
-Time: 7:30 pm
-Temp: 37 Celsius
-Trac: off
-Trans mode : manual mode (revs to redline letting the tranny autoshift)
-Car mode : sport mode
gave it a cuple tries:
1-8.1 flat road
2- 8.5 2nd run flat road and lots of wheel spin (dusty roads)
3- 9.3 uphill
notice how Full tank, wheel spin, going uphill and the heat affects my timing?
its sad to be living in a HOT Desert climate

With the 300h hybrid I managed to make the 0-62 mph in 8,1 seconds (the car is quoted for 8,3 seconds) in most of the situations.
My best result is 7,9 seconds (read from bluetooth OBD & Torque on Android) obtained by fully pressing the accelerator with brake pressed, in order to make both engines (ICE and electric) revving, and releasing it like a "launch control".
This trick works with every hybrid car.
