New SoCal IS250 F-Sport newbie here!
Hey dudez,
SoCal OC here,
i was looking at Q50s, CLA250, C250 sedan, 328i, A4, TL-SH and i decided i would get this 3IS!
Literally after months of researching, countless hours of bargaining, i finally got my IS250 F-Sport. there are some things i really wish this car has like :
Memory seats
Driver settings by keys ( seats setting, radio stations, personal settings, etc. )
Entering an address while driving ( voice control can get somewhat irritating from time to time)
but pros and cons, the pros are definitely over the cons on this car.
I got the car @ 38.5k, 27 months, 12k/yr absolute 0 down, drive off and first month, 420 aftertax. ultra white with black interior, was debating about roja interior but i'm glad i got the black.
Thanks for all the info from this forum, i was able to get lots of answers before and after purchasing.
First mod i did was i changed all interior lights to LED as well as the puddle light, I didn't understand why some members here would purchase a set of LED for $60-$120 for interior lights and another 20 something for puddle lights ( they're the same ! T10 !). i took a gamble and bought 20 (yes twenty) T10 white LED for $9 shipped from ebay, i slapped them on today using the threads i search from this forum and was able to get all the LEDs in with ease. will try to post pictures tomorrow night for comparison vs OEM. i'm not here to bash companies here, but for me, they're white, LED and they're noticeably brighter than OEM so I'm extremely happy with it.
not planning on doing anything else to this car, maybe black vinyl roof?
anyways just want to thank you again for all the info from this forum!

Congrats my man! I recently (2 weeks to be exact) traded in my wife's 2011 RX 350 for this beauty. I also have the ultra white, but with the rioja red interior. We just love the "sports car" look and feel of it! Also, thanks for the tip on the LED's.....that will probably be my 1st mod, coming soon. Again, welcome to the fam....although I am pretty new here myself.

Uber congrats to you!!! Here in Orlando I just leased a 2014. IS 350f with red interior and LOVE IT!!!! Have a random question. Has anyone noticed that the moonroof when opened (not in tilt mode) does not retract all the way?? When Open it retracts up to perhaps 90% then stops. Crazy question I know but thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone else noticed the same.

unless its an exterior mod, i honestly don't think they'd care, i returned my tsx a few months back with window visor, full led conversion with led fogs, debadged, they took it in and didn't say anything at the final return.
i'll private link you cuz i dont want others to think im promoting anything, just a cheap guy that wants the best deal here lol, the whole process took about 30 minutes, literally less than 5 minutes to do the interior and trunk and the rest was carefully taking the side mirror apart.
i'll get the comparisons done asap!
