Default Using RFT for rear and non-RFT for front

My front is 225/40/18 Bridgestone Dueler 400 (Stock all season tire).

My rear is 255/35/18 Bridgestone potenza RFT.

Will this combo work (front be non-RFT and rear is RFT)?

Coz I got a free set of RFT for the rear. It's still in really good shape. About 90% thread left.

THey're from my brother. He swap the stock rim and tires for something else. Gave it to me free.

The question is,... will RFT work with my existing non RFT tire.

RFT works like any other tires except you can still drive them around even if punctured right?
