Default People with F-Sport Exhaust : Would you buy it again?

Hi all.

While I'm waiting for my 3IS to come in next month, I'm more and more interested in the F-Sport Exhaust. My goal isn't more power, but I want a deeper sound... just enough to hear it under full throttle, but not enough to annoy me during long highway commutes (my daily commute to and from work is 45km/30mi highway total).
I don't want it to scream RICER either! Basically, I want to replicate the 335i's exhaust my wife has! . Unfortunately all the videos I see on YouTube don't seem to do this exhaust justice... or do they? I'm having a hard time judging.

I'm not looking at any other brand because I don't want a loud note. I also rather have it installed by the dealership and (possibly) not void warranty. I also don't want an intake because the engine produces enough noise for me.

So, to those who have this installed, would you buy this exhaust again? Am I looking at the right thing with the right expectations?

Thanks!

This exhaust would be perfect for you, it's not loud but deeper. The heavier the throttle the louder/deeper it gets but not annoying while cruising.

Not that many people have this exhaust but a lot are getting Joe Z axle back. To me, both sound similar. Joe Z is better deal right now because it's about $500 with groupbuy. I'm in the same boat as you, want to get something not too loud but just enough growl. S+ mode kind of accomplish that in a sense but deeper tone would be nicer.

same boat, I had a tanabe medalion on my 2IS 350 and found it to be annoying on highways and up hills - it was just a bit too much, and I think thats one of the quieter exhausts available.. so will wait for more impressions before I consider the f sport I think...

Dude, if you do get the F Sport exhaust, please do let me know if it sounds similar to the exhaust in 335.

I think you will be happy with the Joe Z exhaust axle back exhaust.
Both are axle back so just two mufflers.
It serves the same purpose and costs much less (Joe Z 575 VS F-Sport 1200)

I'm happy with my f sport. Well worth it. Plus its made by Lexus with warranty. I trust Lexus engineers more than Joe Z engineers (nothing against it)

I was following a new IS with the Fsport exhaust in my IS. With my windows up, I couldn't hear anything. With them down, it seemed just a bit louder than stock.

I was wrong, it's not a group buy but it's on sale. This is the same site everyone is getting the exhaust from...

The F-Sport exhaust paired with the GReddy Air Intake sounds really good. Someone on the forums has it and they posted some sound clips if you want to check it out.

If you have the IS350 I would say do a muffler delete, I did and I would put money on it that it sounds better then any aftermarket exhaust available right now. Im sure you dont believe me but if you wanna come take it for a test drive come up to Canada and I will let ya take it for a rip haha. If you have an IS250 I would deff say dont do a muffler delete haha.
