Traffic/weather not working in Bay Area?
Hi, Hi. Does anyone has traffic/weather info currently working in the Bay Area?
I know there are a lot of post on this already... but ever since i took my new car into the dealer for a firmware update, my traffic/weather info been down (came back up 3 days maybe). I really want to know if its server outrage or its my car software issue...
Thanks!!!

I have the same problem... It disappeared about 10 days ago. I think that happened after the system did an OTA update.
Was working fine before then. I just took it to Lexas Marin dealer tech who pressed all the buttons and options and couldn't get it work either. I have it booked in for service check on Wednesday.

Have the same issue in MN Twin Cities area. Talked to my sales rep. He acknowledge the issue and said Lexus is working on it. Based on the information I got from him it appears within the Twin Cities area Traffic and Weather isn't working but it's is working areas just outside of the Twin Cities.
This started about two weeks ago just before I got the Enform update on my car but about the time I got the update on my phone. Also my satellite radio trial ended right around the same time.

Traffic and Weather came back
On Friday afternoon the traffic and weather service back to me in Marin County, CA.
Here are some of things I did:
- Deleted user data
- Reset every option to default
- Drove to Petaluma (that's when it came back)
My pet theory - HD Traffic service went out in parts of the bay area. Why that didn't affect everyone, IDK. I had just done the software update - maybe it couldn't local on to the local signal after that. Maybe signal Santa Rosa/Petaluma is different? Anyone know? Pure speculation on my part.
wenzi1324 - did yours come back too?

Just wish Lexus is a bit more on top of this. The dealers doesn't seem to have any idea either.

Thanks for everyone's response!
I hope Lexus can find the root cause of this soon... and certainly hope its not hardware/receiver issue of the car...

it works fine, to make sure to get the latest info, tune into an FM channel that is in HD, that is what carries the data to the car!
I had to do that yesterday for a customer and it came in within 2 mins of driving in a parking lot with a clearly tuned FM HD channel
