Oh...thanks for the clarification!

Hey, I will be honest and say that the gauges are what sold me on the F Sport.

You guys are honest though, I just couldn't justify spending $4000 on something that didn't increase performance in any way. Then I read today that you couldn't get ventilated seats in F-Sport? plus seats are worse, and no fog lights, and that grille, just not for me.

definitey a bunch of give and take for the F Sport version (also auto tilt on reverse mirrors)...but the transmission improved a lot compared to 2IS...and that is just part of the performance increase...

I do feel the difference of Sport and Sport+, mostly the steering tightening up and the suspension getting stiffer from the AVS.

off topic...
But that's not why I bought the F-Sport, it was for...

exactly this. Add the comfort of the F-Sport seats as well. After two accidents my back is sensitive to horrible seats and the F-Sport seats were by far the best. After spending a month in the non-f-sport loaner I couldn't wait for my car to come in and the biggest reason was the seats.

Losing out on butt coolers was maybe the biggest loss, but I rarely used them in my previous car anyway so I figure there is a limit to how prententious I need to be with my car. The fog light delete is a bonus for me (I know I'm alone here) but I always hated how cheap the plastic housing looked on the foglights. They do need to allow more options on the F-Sport trim though, such as the memory seats. As someone else said, Lexus must build cars for people with short legs because it is really hard finding a good distance where my legs aren't bunched up but I still have comfortable reach to the steering wheel so when the dealership messes up my seat config it's annoying.
