Save Gas? 2014 LEXUS IS 350 F Sport

Not sure if anyone else has figured this out yet, but you can drive in either Eco in normal or 2x Eco. On the settings menu in the dashboard, there's an option to put Eco mode on all the time (except for when you're in sport mode). I haven't been able to see much of a difference as I figured this out right before my car had to go in to get fixed. I have a 250 F-Sport and drive in sport mode all the time because I like to hear the sound of my GReddy Intake roar For some of you who have to drive longer, this might be a bit helpful to you.
For those of you who knew about this already or if it is something obvious that everyone has figured out, I apologize because I just figured this out on my own and thought it was something people had to really look for.

2. High octane gas (91+)
3. 8 speed transmission
4. Summer tires
5. Warm/Hot weather
6. No stomping on gas
I think you need all these to get above 25 MPG especially on IS350. I have IS350 F Sport RWD and I had first 4 on my last tank and I got 24MPG. As weather warms up in MN I'll have #5 also and hopefully I'll see further increase.

I drive my Camry when I want to save gas. I drive my Lexus when I want to enjoy life.
I have the 350. To save gas you have to accelerate very slowly and let the car run without further pressing on the gas pedal, which means you will drop in speed, then repeat to get back up to speed again. Sounds like torture but I was able to get 26.2mpg at best.
