I'm sure it's been done.

I got close on a MRM RWD: 9.2%
Could've negotiated more off if I picked a different color.

$48,548 Sticker
$2700 off
$1000 certificate from the Lexus Lane Changing Event
$750 financing rebate.

I know, I should have gone to that event, but I couldn't..... :*( . I just gave both Lexus and infiniti a call about the pricing. Whoever get it closest to the lowest truecar deal, I would stop by.

2 choices here : AWD Q50s Hybrid or IS350 AWD F Sport

These questions are always so hard to answer. It's why I am not a fan of the "is this a good deal?" threads (no intended offense to those who've asked the question). To me, a good deal depends on what you're personally willing to pay, and what the car is worth to you. Will be different for everyone.

It depends on the individual dealership and their policies, the sales manager, and the sales representative. It depends on the dealer's current and projected inventory, as well as the sales trends in the area. It depends on how long the car you're interested in has been on the lot, and whatever national and local incentives and rebates are offered during the time you're looking. Local competition is, of course, also a factor.

So I suspect, in some geographical locations, with the right set of factors, 10% probably is achievable, but it's not going to be achievable everywhere.

Best of luck in your search. I hope you find a fantastic deal, whether you end up with a Q50 or an IS. Just find something you love and a deal you're comfortable with.
