Lucky man, if your car were to be in the place of that Jeep I can't imagine what would be the impact on you. I have to say American cars are tougher than Lexus

So some girl cut in front of me about 3 months ago. I avoided hitting her but I jumped a curb and into some bushes as a result. I was quoted at about 13K for repairs, but girl only has a 10K coverage plan, what could I do to get the remaining money needed to fix car?
My own insurance stated me as an excluded driver so they wont provide any coverage for me

I think your only recourse is to sue her personally for anything her policy won't cover. That's a very small amount for a liability policy... Maybe check with your state's insurance commission.

Where in LA are you located? You just have to sue her, i can get you my family friend lawyer...he handles all my cases and is really good...he will take care of you.

The court will ensure that not you of course depending upon the court's decision. If court orders her to pay and if she does not do that herself voluntarily, her wages will be garnished and you will receive a check.
